juju config nova-compute vnc_port

A customer is asking to change the port for VNC Console. They have a problem where some proxy servers are blocking the 6080 port. It would appear we should be able to set novncproxy_port in nova.conf and adjust the base_url [1].
- There is no juju config option for novncproxy_port in the version of the charm installed.
- The nova.conf contains a config for novncproxy_base_url that sets a port in the url but this config is not in juju either.

I see that this fix / change is now in master, any change that this can be backported? To a current field version?
