Bug Description
Deploying the charm into a LXD container fails because the lxd-profile.yaml is not bundled into the charm. The charmcraft.yaml needs to be updated to include this file.
Failure to do so, prevents openvswitch from installing as the kernel module is not visible to the lxd container.

Marking fix released in trunk as it uses charmcraft 3 and the dump plugin, which does not specify the list of files anymore.
