Bug Description

This deprecation warning was found in neutron-l3-agent.log:

2019-07-17 22:29:06.496 35349 WARNING oslo_config.cfg [-] Option "external_network_bridge" from group "DEFAULT" is deprecated for removal. Its value may be silently ignored in the future.
