Bug Description
Hello,
There is no juju-managed way right now to configured `neutron_sync_mode` in `/etc/neutron/
Sometimes we fix neutron-api inconsistencies just by restarting it, which runs "repair" for ovn sync. Would be great to have a way to configure `neutron_sync_mode = repair` to resolve inconsistencies automatically.
