Bug Description
There is no existing solution within the charm store or the existing charm ecosystem to deploy the arista ml2 mechanism driver and add it to neutron-api principal charm.
Using the Arista ML2 mechanism driver, layer 2 (L2) provisioning, such as creating and dynamically mapping VLANs to arista physical switch interfaces can be automated.
