Bug Description
L3HA and DVR can be enabled in the same environment in as of Ocata.
I quick modification used to get this working is here: https:/
Ultimately, we should have cloud version checks in place that are sympathetic to which releases can support simultaneous DVR and L3HA, rather than disabling the checks.
