How do you create/set the admin username/password?

Bug Description

I see you can turn on auth, but don't see how to set the admin username or password.

This patch https://git.launchpad.net/charm-mongodb/commit/?id=7491ce62dcb9d62923bb3e5802bb06b92b5377f3
creates an admin user automatically when auth is enabled. The credentials are stored in /var/lib/mongodb/charm_pass.conf.
These credentials can be used to create other users.
