need maintainer(s) for this charm

This charm (cs:trusty/mariadb-7) is starting to get extra crufty.

A few things I see falling behind here:

* current ubuntu series support
* legit support for the mysql-shared interface (relations on mysql-shaled don't do what is expected) (I expect anything using mysql-shared to be speaking that protocol, this charm doesn't)

I don't use this charm, but went to test a deploy of a bundle replacing mysql with mariadb and the relations never completed. We need to start harping down on maintainers to actually maintain their charms.
