Bug Description
V1 API is deprecated since mitaka. And there is no way to disable it in the charm configuration.
Disabling deprecated APi is a common practice to increase security of the deployment. So this feature is requested by customers.

The change required is in the api-paste.ini template, which should be changed post mitaka. This should be relatively easy to do, although we'll need to check via testing, etc.
