Bug Description
This request is to enable a standalone network with the Manila NetApp charm. This will enable manila to create shares on multiple standalone networks.
I have written a patch and gotten this tested in a different environment with NetApp.
Patch has been attached to the bug.

@narindergupta thanks for the patch; we will try to incorporate it into the manila-netapp charm. What's not clear is which version(s) of OpenStack that this needs to operate with. e.g. the earliest version that this needs to be backported to.
