Bug Description

Currently supported (string) LXD container storage type: btrfs, zfs, or lvm

can i put/set rbd as storage type of LXD charm? it was mention here (https://insights.ubuntu.com/2017/08/30/ceph-storage-driver-in-lxd) its already supported Ceph storage driver.

Please advise. tq

Adding ceph support is a little more involved as we'll need to add a relation to a ceph-mon cluster, and configure LXD as required to support this backend.

Marking 'Triaged' and 'Wishlist' as this is a new feature request.

For future travellers - I think nova-lxd will also need to be aware that the storage is ceph backend, and that for migrations the block storage does not need to be migrated - but that may be handled directly in LXD anyway.
