Bug Description
a logrotate unit was stuck in executing for nearly 4 hours, when the test run timed out.

This seems like an issue with juju/framework/
Deployed the current version (cs:logrotated-3) and was not able to reproduce the reported issue (the unit settled relatively quickly)
