Bug Description

During manual testing, I found that changing the logrotate-cronjob-frequency setting did result in creating new charm-logrotate cron jobs, but it did not delete the previous job that may have been set. For example, if I change from the hourly default to set to update monthly, I'll end up with both an hourly and a monthly job.
