Bug Description
The OpenStack Neutron OVN driver recently gained availability zone support [0][1]. The OVN chassis charm does however currently not perform the required configuration.
Juju already provides availability zone hints, and the charm code already manipulates the `ovn-cms-options` data, so it should be possible to add support for this without too much effort.
