Bug Description
I've deployed charmed kubernetes 1.21 on baremetal, I have 4 worker node and 3 master nodes.
only one of the worker nodes deployed correctly and working, the 3 other worker nodes have this kubelet issue : server gave HTTP response to HTTPS client
