Grafana dashboard still refers to kubernetes-master for graphs

Bug Description

I don't know if there is a way to do "kubernetes-master or kubernetes-control-plane", but any new deployment the graphs don't work.

Seems like we probably need to get the real application name, whatever it may be, and render it into the grafana templates before sending those over the relation.
