grafana's influxdb packaged with cdk-addons is succeptable to corruption which can cause loss of historic performance data

We've encountered a case where the influxdb backing the cdk-addons-installed copy of grafana got corrupted, preventing user logins and ultimately requiring us to toggle enable-dashboard-addons to false and then back to true in order to re-deploy the add-ons with a fresh database.

While I lack log files this time around, I'm hoping someone else may have seen this, or if not that we can provide such logs if this issue recurs.
