Bug Description
when mellon charm is enabled it configures the trusted_dashboard value in keystone.conf with http version of dashboard url while we have enabled https on the dashboard, which causes the SAML auth to fail with 401 unauthorized error.
once trusted_dashboard url is changed to https:// and apache is restarted, the SAML auth works fine again.
