Hi,
Per today's adventures, see RT#135351. K8s pods had the most up-to-date licence file on disk but it was not being read and refreshed/updated in the DB. Instead, it was using the expired licence in the DB. I think the mattermost charm should use MM_LICENSE to override what's on disk and what's in the DB. We only ever update licenses via Juju config so this will always be the freshest.
