juju-lint stuck executing:(config-changed) Unit is ready on juju 3.0

In testrun, https://solutions.qa.canonical.com/testruns/testRun/1ac7a1ea-8bde-409e-9321-1b77e79a4f8e, which is running juju 3.0, juju-lint get stuck executing:

I don't see in the logs why this is happening. Since juju 3.0 is in beta this could be a juju bug, so feel free to move it there.
