Juju lint processes piling up

In a specific cloud I'm seeing lint processes piling up

Running a /usr/lib/juju-lint/auto_lint.py job by hand doesn't return

Auto-lint is started via cron and doesn't check if there's already a lint process running so that would explain the piling up
