Bug Description
Certain aspects of Ironic can only be controlled through policy which the charm neither supports configuring nor overriding. A good example of this is the 'show_password' policy; without the ability to turn this on, it's very hard for an operator to get working IPMI credentials to a bare metal node. Please make policy configurable or overridable in the charm.
