Bug Description
Installing and enabling ipmiseld would ensure that we expand monitoring to the SEL (system event log) by forwarding SEL events to syslog on the host - allowing tools like filebeat or rsyslog to pick and forward events alongside regular host logging for easier consolidation, retention and analysis.

We already check for SEL events with the ipmi check, however it'd be useful to have them logged in addition as this would also capture events that were excluded from the ipmi check
