GPG keys need to be handled on a different way on Bionic, according to https://github.com/juju/charm-helpers/issues/289. @npochet submitted a patch to fix that issue and that landed on charm.helpers: https://github.com/juju/charm-helpers/pull/290.

However, we still need to package that on charm.helpers and add the new version to ELK stack's charms at jujucharms.

This is not a ~field-critical as there is a workaround (using full deb source lines and GPG keys):
