"Pacemaker is ready" spams logs

hacluster charm prints "Pacemaker is ready" on every execution of "update-status" hook which leads to an excessive amount of them in the log files.

$ grep "Pacemaker is ready" unit-hacluster-mysql-1.log | wc -l
15378
$ wc -l unit-hacluster-mysql-1.log
16285 unit-hacluster-mysql-1.log

The message is printed at debug level, probably should be moved to TRACE level instead.

Thanks for reporting! I've just deployed a system with Juju 2.8 and this doesn't happen to me. In general, DEBUG traces don't show up in my logs. I suspect your Juju is configured to print DEBUG traces?

It's valid to ask for the message to be at trace level; I'll switch this to wishlist and this would make a great first/easy contribution to the charm.
