Bug Description
It would be very useful if a VIP, if configured, could somehow be exposed in the output from the `juju status` command.

I think that this would need some design work on it, as there can be $number_of_spaces VIPs on a charm, meaning that a list of VIPs could be fairly long (16 digits * ~5?)
