Nagios check for Indexer failures should only alert on recent failures

Bug Description

Hi,

The nagios check:

| CRITICAL: Indexer failures: 116

But that all happened an hour ago.

| Timestamp Index Letter ID Error message
| an hour ago graylog_182 854c8d65-202b-11e9-b8ec-2a5f7f70c1e8 {"type":"transport_exception","reason":"TransportService is closed stopped can't send request"}

This alert will only clear after 24 hours. Instead, I think we should inspect the indexer failures and only alert on recent failures.
