Doing a --reset on dashboards_backup_schedule doesn't remove the cron

After doing a --reset on dashboards_backup_schedule I expected the cron to be removed, however it isn't.

This charm is under maintenance mode. Only critical bug will be handled.
Please consider using the new Canonical Observability Stack instead.
