Can not issue cert with hostname when having relation with vault

Bug Description
When adding a relation between vault and grafana, for now the certificate will be issued with the IP address, localhost, and the unit's hostname.
I have tried with "site_name", "instance_name" and "root_url", however, all did not change the result of the certificate issued.
It would be nice to set a hostname as the other OpenStack charms have, to issue the certificate for that hostname.
