Bug Description

There is an issue within grafana-source-relation-departed that does not properly manage updating the datastore configuration if there are multiple related units. You must remove and re-add the relation to update the IP address of the datasource.

We need to add multi-unit grafana-source awareness to the charm's relation-departed code.
