Docs for configuring mailing

I would suggest adding in docs for how to configure the mail to allow grafana to send mail.

Example:

First, generate an app key for gmail to use with your email account: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/185833

Then:

juju config grafana <email address hidden>:applicationpasswordfromgmail" <email address hidden>" smtp_host="smtp.gmail.com:587"

Now, grafana will be able to send email notifications.

I can confirm it works.
