Bug Description

commit 35cb156f86f51b9eae4f118db0262138dda8ab0e introduced a new service check via exercising http port but removed the old service check.

Please re-instate the service check as well to avoid the nagios alert:
 NRPE: Command 'check_snap.grafana.grafana' not defined

If we don't want to check service status, then we need to use the charmhelpers to remove the old checks on upgrade-charm.

the alert `NRPE: Command 'check_snap.grafana.grafana' not defined` occurs when grafana was deployed from a snap. For installations using the apt package, the alert will be `NRPE: Command 'check_grafana-server' not defined`
