Bug Description
Currently the CephOSD dashboard within grafana requires that you select a single OSD at a time in order to view latency of each OSD in a cluster. This is a very slow process and doesn't lend to getting a high level overview of the disk performance across the cluster.
It would be useful to have an overview of OSD commit latency across the cluster over time, as well as the ability to see which OSDs contributed to high latency the most on this dashboard.
