ceph-radosgw charm deployed within openstack base bundle with juju is blocked with log error Services not running that should be: <email address hidden>

I've deployed openstack base bundle with maas/juju, all charms deployed successfully and running except for ceph-radosgw still blocked with error "Services not running that should be: <email address hidden>" as below:

It's probably too late now, but could you include the logs from the affected units in the bug please?

If not, please could you indicate whether this is still a problem with the most recent charms release (19.10). Thanks.
