Provide way to set custom image properties

In our cloud non-amd64 images need certain image properties set. Specifically we have to ensure that we have the following:
hw_firmware_type=uefi hypervisor_type=kvm

(I tried setting hypervisor_mapping to True but that gave me "hypervisor_type=qemu".)

Could we have config option that allows operators to inject custom properties?

    Add custom_properties config option

    This change add "custom_properties" configuration option which
    allows custom image properties to be added to glance.
