Bug Description
The default configuration for this charm should never remove an image from glance; this blocks migration of any instances booted from the image at a later date.
Best practice == never delete anything, just keep on adding!

After some further discussion, it may be possible to remove images which are not in use on the cloud; this would avoid retaining everything for ever and provide some storage efficiency.
Raising simplestreams bug task as this will need to be done in the underlying sync code.
