Bug Description
The series argument should be removed from metadata.yaml [1], as charmhub
already uses bases from charmcraft.yaml.
At the same time, series are defined inconsistently, because series
in metadata.yaml contains bionic and focal, but charmcraft.yaml defines
xenial, bionic and focal.
