containerd doesn't have annotations in charmed-kubernetes bundle

I couldn't find a proper project for bundle templates, so let me start with the containerd subordinate project.

At this moment, the charmed-kubernetes bundle[1] is missing annotations for containerd service. So the rendering in Juju GUI will be a bit weird as you see in the screenshot. The issue can be reproducible by the link[2].

While Juju GUI behaves a bit weirdly here, but let's add annotations for containerd explicitly.
