Bug Description

We'd like to be able to deploy this charm on platforms newer than Ubuntu Focal. Thanks :)

FYI this is blocking some of Bootstack's contributions to the OpenStack charms, e.g. https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/charm-designate/+/755691

After discussing with the team, we've agreed that the LMA charms will only support LTS releases. The Designate charm change will need to be updated to remove the requirement for non-lts support in NRPE.
