Install MAAS in charm-deployment-guide: maas install channel does not fit requirements

The documentation at https://docs.openstack.org/project-deploy-guide/charm-deployment-guide/latest/ states the softwared used is MAAS 3.2.0, and the guide will make you install MAAS 3.2.0.

But here: https://docs.openstack.org/project-deploy-guide/charm-deployment-guide/latest/install-maas.html#id1 , the installation channel used is MAAS:3.1/stable instead of 3.2/Stable

    Update to Jammy-Zed

    I was forced to use an environment different from what I
    normally use, hence the changes to infrastructure values.

    Also closes a bug.
