Ceph RADOS Gateway multisite replication in charm-deployment-guide

RGW Multisite replication documentation provides a warning on which version of Ceph is supported, but this should not be a warning. It should be a note.

Text in question:

Warning: Replication between ceph-radosgw applications is only supported in Ceph Luminous or later.
