Appendix B: OpenStack Upgrades - all-in-one Ceph upgrades manage themselves?

During a recent Q-S upgrade we used the all-in-one upgrade method on the ceph applications (ceph-mon, ceph-osd) - It appears that using this upgrade method that these charms are able to intelligently manage their own upgrade in series. This is a very nice feature, and it should be noted in the docs somewhere.
