Bug Description

The install-openstack page should mention the problem of co-locating Juju units of neutron-openvswitch and neutron-gateway.

Implementing such a design will cause APT package incompatibility between the two charms on the underlying host. The result is that packages for these services will be removed: neutron-metadata-agent, neutron-dhcp-agent, and neutron-l3-agent.

The alternative is to run the neutron-gateway unit on a LXD container or on a different host entirely. Another option is to run neutron-openvswitch in DVR mode.
