Appendix C: Vault, ambiguous relation between etcd and vault

The doc has the following command, but it fails with:

$ juju add-relation etcd vault
ERROR ambiguous relation: "etcd vault" could refer to "etcd:certificates vault:certificates"; "vault:etcd etcd:db"

Relations need to be explicit.

    Use explicit relations for vault and etcd

    Now etcd and vault have two relations. Also, it's nice to have explicit
    relations for others for the future.
