Installation of GPU cude-drivers installs gnome-* packages which can shut the servers down on idle

installing the cuda-drivers into a 20.04 containerd unit will also install a serious number of gnome desktop packages

The installation of these gnome packages have been reported to even shut the machine down due to inactivity of the desktop manager.

It seems that many of the gnome packages are coming in by way of the screeen-resolution-extras package in focal which drags in gnome-shell as a dependency

If one explicitly adds the package `policykit-1-gnome`, then gnome-shell and the rest of the desktop isn't installed

Workaround:
juju config containerd nvidia_apt_packages='cuda-drivers nvidia-container-runtime policykit-1-gnome'
