Option "auth_uri" from group "keystone_authtoken" is deprecated

This deprecation warning was found in cinder-volume.log:

2019-07-17 22:33:38.596 18149 WARNING oslo_config.cfg [req-f48b9908-b2e8-4e36-a193-9485f827d11d - - - - -] Option "auth_uri" from group "keystone_authtoken" is deprecated for removal (The auth_uri option is deprecated in favor of www_authenticate_uri and will be removed in the S release.). Its value may be silently ignored in the future.

Reason: Hi Rahul; the stable/21.10 branch is EOL and isn't having any updates to it. The OpenStack charms now use release branch names (e.g. stable/yoga). I noticed that there is a review on master (which is correctly targetted). When that lands then, the change may be cherry-picked back to the stable version that is needed. e.g. stable/zed, stable/yoga branches, etc. I'm abandoning this change as it will not be merged on this branch. Thanks.
