Bundle used: https://pastebin.com/sGhsae2B (get the same result on pike/queens).

I dont have the deploy around anymore, but basically what the bug says - No radosgw pool is created in ceph.

Just stood up a deploy of this bundle https://pastebin.com/hjzRTLKK and got this result:

$ juju status | pastebinit
https://pastebin.com/gwdbfik3

$ sudo ceph osd lspools
https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/RW86nqsKbN/

Not sure why/how my radosgw pool was created earlier, but isn't being created now.

Here's whats in my radosgw log https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/TkKRJjwd5K/

Possibly this is an auth thing, and thats why everything is affected?

I've taken the same bundle and deployed it to xenial-ocata, xenial-pike, xenial-queens, and xenial-queens-uca(minified uca bundle from ^, no bluestore). It seems pools were only created on the ocata deploy using my bundle, and also on the uca bundle from @dmitriis.

There must be some config difference between xenial-queens-uca^ and my xenial-queens^ that stops ceph the pools from being created in mine and allows them to be created in xenial-queens-uca, but didn't stop them from being created in < ocata (per my successful bundle^).
