With charmed-openstack-tester's kinetic-zed bundle ceph-mgr results in a core-dump:

Note: the kinetic-zed bundle has been reworked and my latest changes haven't been merged. I'll propose the changes shortly.

The latest kinetic-zed bundle can be found here. You'll have to change the series to kinetic for the ceph charms. https://github.com/openstack-charmers/charmed-openstack-tester/pull/96
