Bug Description
It would be nice if we could use an existing Vault to store secret. As of right now, charms only support Vault deployed by the charm as far as I understand, but customers may have existing Vault set up in their premises and may want to manage secrets centrally.
It could be "vault-proxy" charm like "ceph-proxy".
