Bug Description
Currently the ceph-mon charm does not provide any feedback to the operator about cluster health issues, for instance due to crashed services.
While health events are logged through the prometheus I believe it would make sense to also provide immediate feedback to operators about health issues in summarized form via juju status.
Suggest to provide status information at least about any HEALTH_ERR ceph status, as well as for crashed services such as mon,mgr,mds
